We arrange VLCC berth capacity from leading Chinese yards, with advisory support from slot reservation through to delivery. All arrangements are discussed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to final contract.
Quality VLCC berth capacity is the single hardest thing to source in today's market. Most leading yards are booked beyond 2030, and the slots that do surface rarely reach the open market. We access capacity through long-standing yard relationships and present it with the commercial, technical and contractual work already done.
Each slot is presented with the available specification and a delivery window for discussion, together with a defined path from Letter of Intent to steel-cutting — so your capital decision rests on verified information rather than a phone call.

Newbuilding demand has returned strongly. Industry data indicates 177 VLCC newbuilding orders were placed globally in the first half of 2026, with the orderbook now concentrated in 2028–2029 delivery windows.
Asset pricing has moved accordingly. Benchmark newbuild valuations have risen materially, while second-hand tonnage has tightened — the spread is a key input to any slot allocation discussion.
Emission regulation remains an important consideration in specification work. EEDI Phase III, EEXI and the CII A–B rating band all affect both resale liquidity and the ongoing operating cost base.

"The slot is the asset. Everything else is project management around it."
